My Background

I have been in the fitness and wellness industry for the past 20 years, working as a swimming and fitness instructor before owning my own buisness teaching healthy cooking workshops and catering for wellness retreats. After having my third child in 2018, I began thinking about training in massage therapy as a way of linking my passion for fitness, nutrition and wellbeing into a therapy I could use to help others. In 2020, I knew it was time to start my training, and I qulified as a holistic massage therapist in 2021.

My Approach

My aim is to provide my community with a holistic tool to approach health and wellness. By using therapeutic massage that is client focused, I see each client as a unique individual where no two treatments are ever the same. I use a range of massage techniques to bring relaxation to the mind and promote healing to the body. I can help to treat body aches and pains, as well as the mind-body connection, helping to calm anxiety, migraines, insomnia and other mental-health issues.
